Hello friends! I’m so excited to share with you some things that have been happening over the last few months.
If you read my about page you’ll know that for most of my life I’ve played the role of decorator, thrifter, stager, organizer, decluttered and cleaner. Through my recent years learning all about doTERRA essential oils I’ve added the signature home scent with diffusers to my daily cozy home routine. More recently I’ve taken all of this into the business world by offering my skills to other people.
Earlier this spring I had the opportunity to work with my business partner helping a dear friend declutter and organize several rooms throughout his home. We worked to help him toss, donate and organize spaces to better serve his needs. We also helped pack, move and unpack another friend from one appartment to the next.
In March I met with and started working for a great family to decorate their main floor entry way, living/dining and kitchen area. What a fun project taking things from the initial bid all the way through to the end. I worked to help them pick a style using Pinterest for inspiration, shopped and thrifted modern and midcentury modern design pieces both in stores and online, and helped them arrange furniture, hang pictures, pick window coverings, and even staging specific pieces for the space above the kitchen cabinets. I loved working with that family and hope they loved the final space as much as I did.
Over the past few months there have been several cleaning jobs, bids for deep cleans, move out cleans, wallpaper removal and more! I am excited to see what else is possible.
On the aromatherapy side I’ve had the pleasure to work with a couple different businesses in the Lincoln area to add aromatherapy with doTERRA essential oils and diffusers to their lobby and client waiting areas. What a difference a scent can make to making someone feel at ease, more patient, happy and even purifying the air.
What else is possible? I’m looking forward to connecting with new clients who are looking to refresh a space (use pieces they have throughout their home , rearrange current spaces and make it look “new”), clean outs or regular cleans, and created the coziest spaces for the owner and family/friends to enjoy!
