Top 3 Tips for Holiday Decorating

I hear it all the time, “I wish I could have you come decorate for me!” or “Can you please come to my house and decorate it?” For most its not an easy thing or something that comes naturally. For me it’s my happy place, my love language, the thing that refills my cup! I LOVE it!

A lot of times i like to clear everything out of a room, off the shelves, ouf the mantel, clean and THEN bring in the Christmas decorations. But sometimes I end up feeling smothered by holiday decor and can’t wait to take it down once Christmas is over! That’s not the way it should be. So this year I' went with my gut and really went simple and only what made me happy. I was careful to leave room on a shelf or table and spread the decor throughout the rooms/house.
